Lipolaser technique:

A 600 micron fiber is connected to the laser by inserting the optical fiber terminal into a 2 mm needle cannula. The laser is switched on a programmed continuous mode. Once Klein's tumescent anesthesia is carried out, the needle cannula with laser fiber is inserted by accomplishing slow and continuous movements. The laser is on different areas and shifted with radial movements on various levels. At the beginning, the operator notices a little resistance, but as the diode laser emission progresses, the area gets softer and the initial resistance decreases. At this point in time, the fat is completely emulsified and can be aspirated by using 1,2 - 2 mm cannulas.

Advantages

This latest technique permits to emulsify also the most resistant fat.

1,2 - 2 mm cannulas can be used to perform also superficial microsculptures.

It is a fast technique, showing a very good JOULE effect due to the photothermal effect achieved by the laser fiber terminal at subcutaneous level with consequent retraction and lifting effect.

It is a technique that experts can use to treat in relatively short times any sort of lipodystrophy, even the most resistant one.

Compression bandage and elastic garment must be applied after treatment.

One to two days of rest.

Lymphatic drainage must be prescribed as follows: twice a week, starting 8 days after treatment.
