Guadalajara, with his DDS and as Valedictorian, Centro de Estudios
Superiores de Ortodoncia, Mexico City – with his MSD in Orthodontics and
Maxillofacial Orthopedics, and again, as Valedictorian of his class.
Dr. Vazquez also has a Masters in Laser Dentistry at Instituto Mexicano
de Technologia BioMedica, Monterrey, Mexico.
Dr. Vazquez's continuing education in Dentistry, Laser and Ozone treatment therapy keeps him abreast of the latest technology and techniques. Each year he attends a minimum of 120 hours of continuing education seminars.
The Doctor is involved in many organizations to help assure the quality of his profession and practice, such as the American Association of Orthodontics, World Federation of Orthodontics, Mexican Association of Orthodontists, Mexican Dental Association, Sonora Dental Association, Nogales Association Orthodontics (past President), Sonora Association of Orthodontics (past President), North West Association of Orthodontics, Current President of the Colegio Mexicano de Laser Dental, and the National Mexican Dental Laser Association. He is also a member of the American Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Vazquez, his beautiful wife Martha and their three young children have lived in Tucson, AZ, since 1995. Martha Gonzalez-Vazquez is a Realtor in Tucson and, also, is actively involved with the Clinic as the business manager, promoting the Laser Tech Clinic through a variety of educational publications. The Doctor and his wife are also involved in their kids education and school activities. The Vazquezs, when time permits, enjoy travel, around the world, as much as they can!!!!!

The doctor is a member of the Mexican Dental Association, Sonora Dental Association, Nogales Dental Association (the first municipal associaltion in Mexico, started 50 years ago,) and the study group called Seminario Odontologico de Sonora-S.O.S. He is also a member of Nogales Dental Association, which was the first Dental Association in the provinces of Mexico established 58 years ago. He is a founder of S.O.S. who has been bringing professionals from all over Mexico and the U.S. for continuing education for 37 years. One of Dr. Francisco Vazquez Cárdenas's greatest accomplishments has been his contribution to the professionalism and continued education in Dental Health care in Mexico, and especially, Nogales, Sonora.
Most of the doctor’s patients are from the U.S.A., spanning the continent in cities that include Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, Green Valley, Chicago, and many other cities in Arizona, California, New York, Michigan, Colorado, Florida, Alaska, and etc.
Dr. Vazquez lives in Rio Rico, Arizona with his wife, Guillermina. They have been fortunate to have a great family of 6 children and 16 grandchildren. Two of his sons followed his lead and are also Dentists; Pedro and Francisco, in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.

Martin Perez, D.D.S.,
graduated from
the Universidad del Valle de Mexico at the Hermosillo Campus 2012.
My interest in dentistry began in my teens when I was doing my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Francisco Vazquez. As a curious teen, I became very interested in the all instruments, equipment, apparatus, etc., that they used during my appointments.
I continually asked to Dr. Vazquez, for information
about each instrument part and all the
material. My interested was in my treatment because I was
starting to notice big improvements in my teeth and then it grew to an
interest in the dental profession.
During my “Pre-Professional Practice” 4 semester, 150 hour course at Fray Pedro de Ghent I worked as an assistant to Dr. Vazquez at Laser Tech. This experience and educational course helped me decide to study the profession of dentistry and to practice dentistry.
When I finished my preparatory studies, I enrolled at the Universidad del Valle de Mexico Campus Hermosillo. This experience included great workshops, materials with excellent teachers and a great academic level.

Dr. Jose Luis Delgado, D.D.S.,
was born in CD. Mexico, graduated as a dental surgeon at the
Faculty of
Dentistry of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in
2004.
Since graduation Dr. Jose has attended numerous conferences, national and international to keep updated in the various dentistry fields, such as: Dental-Maxillofacial Radiology, preventive orthodontics, Laser
Surgery among others, mainly through the International Seminar Center For Dental Education (ICDE). The doctor's philosophy is to always keep up in the ever changing profession, techniques and equipment to be able to provide better options for his and Laser Tech's patients.Currently the doctor is working on his advanced diploma of Dental implantology, endorsed by COECIO and the advanced diploma for advanced surgery.
Dr. Delgado currently is giving lectures at the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) to help the local people understand the benefits and necessity of good dental health.
The doctor started at an early age working in a dental laboratory,
learning the craft at a dental technician school. His experience gave
his the inspiration to pursue a career as a dentist, giving him a lot
more insight to the whole profession.
With the little free that he has, Dr. Jose to watch and follow sports and learn about new places.
He says that his
motivation and inspiration is his family.
Dr. Edgardo Abad Rivas Morales, D.D.S., graduated from
the University of the Los Andes,
Merida, Venezuela in 2009. Prior to his degree in Dentistry, the Doctor
obtained a Bachelor in Sciences degree in higher education and
entertainment.
Currently, Dr. Abad is a full time professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the Facility of Dentistry of the University of the Los Andes. The doctor is available to Laser Tech Dental on an as needed basis.

Dra. Karem Aldride Arellano S., D.D.S.,
graduated from the University of the Los Andes,
Merida, Venezuela. The doctor has
been practicing dental medicine since her second year
of university doing hospital rotations, working in clinics and schools
to the benefit of patients in need of dental treatment.
She has also done preventive medicine in schools for children and
adolescents, motivating them improve their good dental practices and
educating them about dental disease with hands-on audio visual lectures.
Dra. Arellano is interested in research and
applications of new dental treatments and that is why she spent my final
year in college
doing research on the use of platelet-rich plasma and its applications
to improve the dental health of patients. She worked on this subject and
will soon be published in a Venezuelan dental journal.
After my graduation from dental school, She went to
Denver, Colorado to study English language for 6 months. She thoroughly
enjoyed her experiences living there, getting to know the culture and
learning the English language.
For the doctor, it is very important to use the best
equipment and materials in her search for better treatments and comfort
of her patients. Dr. Arellano's goals are general health, improving the
function and aesthetics of her patients to help them in their daily
