Dr. Pablo Durazo Montano, D.D.S., graduated in 1991 from the Dentistry School at the University of Chihuahua  (UACH) in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. Dr. Durazo completed his mandatory Social Service in Hermosillo, Sonora at the Los Naranjos in 1992. The doctor went on to graduate school at the University of Mexico to obtain his Specialty in Orthodontics between 1993 and 1995.

Dr. Durazo went into private practice in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico between 1995 and 2000. In 2000, the doctor moved to Agua Prieta, Sonora and opened his present private practice, Dental Durazo. In addition to the Aqua Prieta clinic, the doctor recently joined some other Agua Prieta dentists to open a clinic in Naco, Sonora, Mexico, about 30 minutes west of Agua Prieta.

 Dr. Durazo has continued his education through the Mexican Association of Orthodontists (Asociacion Mexicana de Ortodoncia or AMO.) The courses and/or seminars are designed to help the doctor keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and equipment available to the Orthodontic Dental Profession. His studies took him to Barcelona, Spain, in 2004; Las Vegas, NV in 2006; Seattle, WA in 2007; Denver, CO in 2008; and various cities throughout Mexico. The studies partially include adult orthodontics, mini implants and Invisalign Orthodontic braces.

Dental Durazo offices include 3 dental exam/treatment rooms, a panoramic X-ray room and a large reception/waiting area. Dr. Durazo provides complete, extensive orthodontic (dental braces) dental care and another doctor, Dr. Jorge Rivas provides general dentistry care.

His receptionist, Clara, is friendly and bilingual ready to answer your questions about insurance, services and will setup a convenient appointment. Generally speaking, the doctor will be able to see you when you are available and there will be minimal or no waiting time involved. They will also arrange to pick you up and return you to the border, please tell them that you would like them to pick you up when you schedule your appointment.
