Dr.
Marco Antonio Peralta C., DDS,
graduated from
the
National University of Mexico
(UNAM)
at Zaragoza, a suburb of Mexico City
in 1981. The doctor completed
his Social Services obligation as a dentist in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico
(another suburb of Mexico City.)
Dr.
Peralta has been in
general dental
practice for over 30
years. The doctor has
kept up with the
continuing education
classes related to dental implants,
regeneration and restoration techniques, and most recently
the new developments in acrylic
composites for painless cosmetic (ascetic) procedures.
The doctor is actively involved with the Nogales Dental Association, the Mexican Dental Association and the American Dental Association. His continued participation insures that Dental Bliss is update in the latest procedures and equipment. The associations also work hard to insure that their members are compliant in meeting and/or exceeding their stringent standards.
Dr. Peralta grew up in Nogales, Sonora and returned here shortly after completing his University studies. He lives in Nogales with his wife and children and is quite active with both their families.
Dr.
Eroy Aguayo Gámez, DDS,
graduated from
the School of Dentistry
at
Autonoma
University of
Juárez
City
(UACJ)
in 1996. The doctor completed a
three year post graduate program in Endodontics at UACJ in 2000.
Dr. Aguayo practice was exclusively Endodontics (root canals) through 2005. The doctor has since expanded his skills and practice to include general dentistry, dental implantology, and prosthesis.
2005 through 2009 Dr.
Aguayo graduated from the Surgical
Implantology and Prosthodontics School at the Universidad
Intercontinental (UIC). The doctor keeps up with many
continuing education
classes on procedures and
equipment.

The doctor is an active member in Sonora State Endodontic Council, the Mexican Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Practice:
The
Dental
Bliss Clinic is
one of the newest,
biggest
and most complete dental clinics
in Nogales, Sonora.
The clinic is set up with 4 exam/treatment rooms, 2 for each doctor
(each doctor has 2 identical rooms with the same equipment in the
same location.) No running around trying to find the right
instrument.
Upon entry to Dental Bliss, it is located on the bottom floor of the
three story dental and professional
Irazola building, you are welcomed with a spacious receptions area
(pictured to the left.) The area has a 50" Flat screen TV, ample seating
for your guests and rest rooms.
To
the left of the reception desk is a big glass door leading into the work
area, you will see the magnificently decorated serpentine hall.
Immediately to the left and right are doctors' private offices. The
entrance to the 4 examination/treatment are on the left and right in the
picture. To the left is one of the exam/treatment rooms and below right
is Dr. Peralta with a dental assistant
and a patient.
Each of the rooms are large and open (no
Claustrophobia
here.)
On
down the hall to the left is is the very large and spacious
sterilization room (picture to the left, below) with state-of-the Art
equipment. By the way, only
purified water is
used in the clinic.
In the back are restrooms for the patients and another for the clinic staff. In addition, there is a large kitchen with a dining table that doubles as a conference table for staff meetings.

all
the
prosthesis (crowns, caps, bridges and dentures) are made, and adjusted
if
needed, for a proper and permanent fit.
The doctors designed their clinic to meet all the needs of their patients in a most comfortable atmosphere while providing all the equipment and services in-house.
As might be expected, Dental Bliss has all the latest in high tech equipment and keeps their staff up-to-date with ongoing training from the equipment and material providers as well as specialized courses from their associations.The practice offers full general dentistry care, and specializes in Cosmetic (Aestheic) Dentistry along with Dental Implants, Rehabilitation or Restorative, Endodontics, Prosthesis, just added Orthodontics. Dra. Paloma Moreno has just joined the Dental Bliss team to round out their complete dental care program.
Special services that we provide is a concrete handicap ramp to our door. We have a nurse that aids with health problems like high blood pressure or other problems.

HOW LONG WILL AN IMPLANT LAST? Dental implants are made from exceptionally strong material and are engineered to withstand forces with a considerable margin of safety. While fracture of an implant seldom occur, it is possible. Three conditions can result in the loss of tissue around an Implant. Local conditions: bacteria can accumulate around a dental Implant just as they can around a tooth. When Bacteria allowed to remain around a tooth, the gum becomes inflamed and there is eventual destruction of the bone supporting the tooth. Systemic conditions: Any systemic condition which prevents the bosy form repairing bone or other supporting tissues can result in the eventual loss of support for the implant. Such conditions as osteoporosis, collagen diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, frequent use of tobacco, excessive alcohol or drug consumption, or any deabiliting disease can prevent the body repairing itself, when these conditions exist, the implant cannot be expected to survive as long as it otherwise would. HOW LONG DOES TREATMENT TAKE? From the time of the initial consultation,
until the time of implantation will usually require 6 to 8
weeks. During the time, your oral condition will be diagnosed
and a treatment plan will be developed, the implant(s) selected,
and any pre-implant treatment performed. After the implant is
surgically placed it is usually allowed to heal for 4 to 6 weeks
prior to starting the final prosthetic reconstruction.
