Dr. Sergio Ortega L., D.D.S. graduated from Universidad Juarez del Estado de Durango on 1989, since then he has established a fully integrated dental clinic in Agua Prieta, Sonora our office name is Cosmetica Dental.

Dr. Ortega is certified by the ADM (Association Dental Mexicana) and attends every congress possible to keep up with new techniques.

The doctor is married and has 3 kids. Dr. Ortega has a large ranch South of Naco where he raises cattle and horses.

Dr. Ortega also sees patients at his dental clinic in Naco, Sonora, Mexico. Appointments can also be arranged at his Naco, Sonora, Mexico, Centro de Especialidades Dentals de Naco.

Dr. Cristobal F. Ortiz, D.D.S graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez in 2005. The doctor was a professor at the same University from 2006 to 2008. Even though still quite young, he was recognized for his ability to help very successful dentists (both national and international) design complete, modern dental clinics as an exhibitor at the annual congress made at the same university.

Dr. Ortiz has completed graduate studies on implant and oral surgical dentistry.

The doctor attends every congress possible here in Mexico and in the U.S.A like the San Francisco annual meeting and the midwinter meeting in Chicago.

He is married and has no kids, yet. Dr. Ortiz spends his free time working out at a local gym. His two passions in life are his wife and dentistry.

Practice:

Cosmetica Dental is one of the most beautiful and well equipped, professional dental clinics in Agua Prieta. Upon entering the clinic you will see the two leather chairs (pictured to the left.) To your right, you will see a large living room setting for your guests (pictured to the right.) In front of you is the reception desk. This truly one of the most inviting offices in Agua Prieta.

Beside the reception desk is a hallway that leads to the 4 dental examination/treatment rooms and the enclosed sterilization station.

Cosmetica Dental was thoughtfully designed by Dr. Ortega for efficient patient care with the most modern, professional equipment. In addition, the design is aimed at keeping his patients and their guests comfortable.

 Cosmetica Dental uses the Midwest Comfort Controlled Syringe to deliver the anesthetic. The system is designed to deliver the anesthetic in preprogrammed dose by the dentist to reduce pain, fear and anxiety by the patient. Dr. Sergio Ortega and Dr. Cristobal (Crix) Ortiz work full-time, exclusively at the Cosmetica Dental clinic. The clinic also has some specialists that are basically on-call, such as Dr. Mauricio G. Larios, an Endodontist.
