Dr. Sergio Ortega L., D.D.S. graduated from Universidad Juarez del Estado de Durango on 1989, since then he has established a fully integrated dental clinic in Naco, Sonora our office name is Cosmetica Dental.

Dr. Ortega is certified by the ADM (Association Dental Mexicana) and attends every congress possible to keep up with new techniques and advancements in dental equipment.

The doctor is married and has 3 kids. Dr. Ortega has a cattle ranch on the outskirts of Naco has some cattle and loves horses.

Dr. Mauricio G. Larios, D.D.S., graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Leon school of Dentistry. After getting his D.D.S., Dr. Larios completed graduate work at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara to specialize in Endodontics. To enhance his expertise and train in the latest techniques and equipment the doctor has participated in over 14 seminars and training courses throughout Mexico and the United States during the last 10 years.

Dr. Pablo Durazo Montano, D.D.S., graduated in 1991 from the Dentistry School at the University of Chihuahua  (UACH) in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. Dr. Durazo completed his mandatory Social Service in Hermosillo, Sonora at the Los Naranjos in 1992. The doctor went to graduate school at the University of Mexico to obtain his Specialty in Orthodontics between 1993 and 1995.

 Dr. Durazo has continued his education through the Mexican Association of Orthodontists (Asociacion Mexicana de Ortodoncia or AMO.) The courses and/or seminars are designed to help the doctor keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and equipment available to the Orthodontic Dental Profession. His studies took him to Barcelona, Spain, in 2004; Las Vegas, NV in 2006; Seattle, WA in 2007; Denver, CO in 2008; and various cities throughout Mexico. The studies partially include adult orthodontics, mini implants and Invisalign Orthodontic braces

Centro de Especialidades de Dentales was established in 2009 by a group of dentists from Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico Dr. Sergio Ortega L., D.D.S., Dr. Mauricio G. Larios, D.D.S. and Dr. Pablo Durazo Montano, D.D.S. The purpose of the clinic is bring some of the most talented dentists closer to a segment of their patients in Arizona and Naco, Sonora. Many people from Phoenix, Tucson, Sierra Vista, Benson find this a most convenient border city to find dental services. Naco has little auto or pedestrian traffic so there is no waiting to cross the border.

Centro de Especialidades is one of the newest, most beautiful and well equipped, professional dental clinics in Naco. Upon entering the clinic you will see Carmen, the receptionist, (pictured to the left.) to the left of Carmen is an antique style new sofa and love seat living room setting for your guests (pictured to the right.) This truly one of the most inviting, warm offices in Naco.

The clinic has two examination/treatment rooms, an X-ray room and sterilization room. The dentists and dental specialists come from Agua Prieta at no additional cost to their patients (the trip on the Mexican side of the border is less than 30 minutes.)

Centro de Especialidades de Dentales was thoughtfully designed by the doctors for efficient patient care with the most modern, professional equipment. In addition, the design is aimed at keeping their patients and their guests comfortable.
